Orders are processed and packaged within 2-5 business days after receipt. During holidays or special circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any delays.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 12-15 business days to Australia, and of 15-21 days to other regions in the Global. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, or courier conditions.
3. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping to Australia.
For other regions, a standard shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check your order’s status directly on the courier’s website.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to 27 countries, including: Australia, Canada, the United States, New Zealand, Countries in Europe, Asia, and more. International shipping to other destinations is not available at this time.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, customs clearance, natural disasters, or peak shipping seasons). If your shipment is delayed, we will assist in tracking your order and provide updates when possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@ayayacharm.com. Provide relevant evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged item or packaging), and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
